Soccer

William played his first soccer game tonight and I could not miss it.  Hurt feet or not I wanted to be there.  Russ carried me part of the way.

Fun with Friends

 

 

While I've been relegated to the couch lots of people have come to help.  Yesterday our neighbor came to stay the day.

 

 

Me for the past 10 Days

 I had a total of 4 Morton Neuromas, two in each foot.  So, after trying to go the non-surgical route by getting saline injections for 5 months, my doctor agreed to operate on both feet at once.  And here I sit with 2 incisions in the balls of each foot.  I've got about 4 days left before the stitches come out.

Bristol Night Race

You can't live in the Tri-Cities and not go to at least one night race.  So I've been to one.  We were hosted by a salesman Russ works with in one of the suites: air-conditioned, noise muted, all you could eat food.  Wouldn't want to have watched it any other way, and one time was enough!  My apologies to all my race fan friends.

Our Neighbor

 

This little boy is our next door neighbor.  He is about a year younger than William and they have become very good friends.  We are so thankful the Lord has given us good neighbors.

 

 

 

Bays Mountain Zip Line

The Rages cousins visited us the first week in August and we did lots of fun things.  One of which was riding the Zip Line.

Katie loved eating grits at our Myrtle Beach resort vacation.

 

William loved drinking "coffee" at the same place.  It was a working vacation, meaning Milligan paid for it, Russ worked, and the kids and I played.
